Multi Level Marketing is the Job of the Future

As most of you know I sell for It Works Global one of many Multi level marketing companies. We have that amazing crazy wrap thing! A few weeks ago I did a vendor show and had a very interesting conversation with another self employed person. We of course each chatted about our business and what we liked about it. The freedom of being our own boss, the love of what we are doing. Also we just enjoyed being away from corporate America and that is what brought is to the topic of the future.

All of us in the conversation agreed that Corporate America is the past, it’s not like it use to be and really there is no job security any more. It’s a sad situation for many and though it is the future for many people it doesn’t have to be your future.

In multilevel or network marketing, individuals sell products to the public — often by word of mouth and direct sales. Typically, distributors earn commissions, not only for their own sales, but also for sales made by the people they recruit.

Not all multilevel marketing plans are legitimate. If the money you make is based on your sales to the public, it may be a legitimate multilevel marketing plan. If the money you make is based on the number of people you recruit and your sales to them, it’s not. It’s a pyramid scheme. Pyramid schemes are illegal, and the vast majority of participants lose money.

If you’re considering buying into a multilevel marketing plan, get the details.

Why is Multi Level Marketing the job of the future?

Multi level marketing or MLM is the job of the future, not just because there are so many jumping into it, but because it really is the way to go. Think about it, just because you have a job now, doesn’t mean that you will next week or 2 months from now. If you have a direct sales business or MLM not only do you have more security once you put in the hard work, but many companies like It Works Global allow you to pass the business to your children, yes you heard that right you can give your hard earned business to your children when you die!

You can’t do that with your job, yes they may provide life insurance, but that is usually enough to just pay for a funeral and some other expenses, but with direct sales it can keep growing and growing. I don’t have children yet, but I love that I can pass my business down to them or even a niece or nephew if I wanted. That is a big reason I personally choose to do direct sales. I want something to leave behind, even if it’s not for my own children.

Another great reason to join a direct sales or MLM company is to have more free time. We all need more of that. Maybe you are a parent who wants to spend more time with your kids, maybe you are just out of high school and don’t want to do the college and 9-5 thing, but you want to travel and experience the world. Maybe you are like me and your drowning in student loan debt and are not even considering a family or a house until you can pay it all off. The reasons to join are many and that is why so many try it.

Multi Level Marketing is not easy

Multi Level Marketing or Network Marketing is not for someone looking for an easy way out. It’s hard work and you have to put yourself out there. You can’t just decide I don’t want to work anymore, because then you won’t get paid. The cost is worth it as so many make a lot of money doing Multi-Level Marketing, more then you could ever make at your job. It’s a commitment however and you have to be ready to forget yourself and put yourself out there.

Embrace your why

What I mean by forget yourself is that you need to forget your hang-ups, forget that you think no one cares, forget that you think your not pretty, you really are, and forget that you are scared of no. No’s happen, but you need to get over them and move on, 1 out of 10 people will say yes, but you have to talk to them! When you forget yourself and embrace you why you keep that motivation going, you get that drive you need to be successful in MLM marketing.

The best part about MLM marketing is that you have a team that in invested in your success. MLM is not a pyramid scheme but for your up line to make money, you need to make money, so many of your up line group will be there to help you when you need it. All you have to do is ask. Unlike a boss, your up line is very motivated to help you succeed and even move above them!

True MLM business will also allow you to make more money then your up line! Yes you can pass the person who signed you up or even the person who signed them up. It’s all about the work you put in and your personality, If you have a positive outlook on life and are someone people want to be around then you will do well in this business. If your not, work on it, fake it till you make it! That’s what I have done and now I am that positive person who is willing to get out there and go for it!

It’s also a great way to make new friends. As we get older it gets harder and harder to make new friends. With MLM you will meet so many new people both those who sell your product and those who don’t. It’s really such an amazing group of people to know. People who do MLM are people with positive attitudes and ambition that you just don’t see in the workplace. With MLM there is not sucking up to the boss, so you actually have to get ahead by doing the work. The results are amazing and the feeling of achievement you have is enlightening.

Still not sure about Multi Level Marketing? Many of the top financial people including Warren Buffet and Donald Trump have said if they had to start over it would be in network or Multi Level Marketing. That’s crazy right? These are people who have made a ton of money and they are saying do this, because MLM is where the future is.

What is your opinion? Do you think Multi Level Marketing is the future of this country or do you think the 9-5 will win out?

The Life We Never Expected Book Review and Giveaway

Life We never expected cover

ABOUT THE BOOK: The Life We Never Expected.

What do you do when hard or painful circumstances turn your world upside down, resulting in a life you never expected? Andrew and Rachel Wilson grappled with this question after both of their children were diagnosed with regressive autism. Refreshingly honest, this book explores the highs and lows of raising children with specials needs, reflecting on the broader question of how to cope with suffering of all kinds. Sharing personal stories from their lives and encouragement rooted in the truth of God’s Word, Andrew and Rachel highlight lessons they’ve learned related to fighting for joy and thriving in the midst of trials—ultimately pointing readers to Christ, the One who promises to make all things new.

loving

My Review of The Life We Never Expected

This was a very eye opening book for me. I have had a few friends who had children with special needs and I have a few friends who were children with special needs. It’s not easy to deal with, but I know they would not trade their children or their lives for anything. That is why I have to recommend this book to everyone. Even if you don’t know anyone with a special need, you should read this book!

It’s a huge eye opener that reaches right to your soul. The brash honesty of parents dealing with special needs is refreshing and wonderful. They may just be figuring all of this out, but really don’t you hate those help books where they have already gone though everything and it’s all okay. This one is so different because even at the end of the book, they are still figuring it out. It’s a great book for anyone who has just learned their child is special needs, because it really concentrates on the beginning of it all.

My Rating of The Life We Never Expected

5/5

Double Cash back on Back To School

card479

While the kids have been out of school, it’s like I’ve been MC Mommy: Entertainment Guru for the past month. As fun as it is, I’m ready for class to resume.

And although the only part of summer ending that my kids like is Back-To-School shopping, that hefty receipt hangs over my head from the start of July until the middle of September. Didn’t I buy them enough pens and binders last year?!

Well, I think it’s about time for Mommy to be rewarded.

From now until September 1st, Swagbucks is offering double cash back in the form of points (called SB) when you shop for all your back to school essentials.

  • Walmart – Up to 7 SB per $1
  • Target – Up to 2 SB per $1
  • eBay – Up to 2 SB per $1
  • Amazon – Up to 7 SB per $1
  • Macy’s – Up to 6 SB per $1
  • Gap – Up to 2 SB per $1
  • Old Navy – Up to 4 SB per $1
  • Priceline – Up to 10 SB per $1
  • Expedia – Up to 8 SB per $1
  • And so many more

Points can be redeemed for gift cards to stores like Amazon, Walmart, Target or Paypal cash so I can treat myself.

Who said back to school shopping is all about the kids? Swagbucks also gives you 4% Cash Back at Starbucks, so order your Java Chip Frappuccino tumbler online and treat yo’self when you pick up your kids’ back to school goodies!

What to do with all those bath toys!

I have been staying with my sister over the last few months and she has young kids. They have a ton of toys and the toys don’t stop in the playroom, they go all the way into the bathroom. It’s crazy the amount of bath toys these kids own, it’s like a bath toy store in there!

swim-386681_960_720Well I’m a little crazy when it come to organizing and my sister is worse, we have been thinking of different ways to store these bath toys that don’t involve a whole bathroom remodel! We have checked out blogs, forums and sites like Purebathrooms.net where we did find some helpful post. We now have a few great ideas but it’s still a major work in progress.

The main problem we have is that the bathroom is small. It’s the only bathroom with a tub and everyone uses it. That means we have to have room for everything, I think we found a few solutions, like containers over the toilet, racks to hang in the bathtub and maybe a cool net they can put the toys in.

How do you organize your kids bath toys. We would love some more ideas!
