I have to say I am really in love with Cars.com, if you have yet to check them out you really should, they are not just for buying a new or used car, but the site has so much more. You of course can buy a car, but did you know you can use cars.com to sell your car, get information if your a first time buyer and learn about new car trends and safety.
What I love about Cars.com
I personally have an older car, I have a Prius and have thought about selling it, but the miles are high and though it’s in good shape and I have kept it up it’s 10 years old. I thought I would be lucky to get just $500 for it, but I decided to check out a quote on cars.com and here is what I got.
As you can see they not only allow you to sell to the public, but you can also see what a dealer may give to you. Really I’m happy with what I see here and may consider selling soon as I am ready for something new.
With that thought in mind I also decided to see what new cars are out there and how much they would cost, I love my Prius and of course will be getting a new one, so that was not even a thought, but if your not sure what you want they have a great search where you can not only search by car, but features as well. So say you know you want a car with heated seats, a backup camera or Bluetooth, you can search for all of that and find what you want.
First Time Buyers
I really love the section for first time buyers. I have been though the buying process with other people involved who knew what they were doing, but when I go to get my next car it will be just me and I love the tips that they have in each article, one really stood out for me as I realized I knew a lot of this, but apparently as I asked friends many people do not. Check out 6 Things I Wish I’d Known When I Bought My First Car, to learn some great car care tips.
Overall I really do love the Cars.com website and will be using it to buy my next car, not only because it’s easy, but because I can also sell my car there and get everything done all in one place.
