This has been a crazy month. My weight was up and down and I tried something new that ended up not working well for me. So back to my normal routine.
I loved trying yoga again and it did really help with my flexability. I do reccomend you try to do yoga when trying to lose weight, but depending on the weight you need to lose it should be in addition to what you are already doing. If you only have a few pound to lose then maybe just yoga will work for you.

Now maybe if I had stuck with my Zumba I may have lost more, but it is what it is and at least I am down a few pounds. The best part is I have been able to splurge a bit too. I had Wings and onion rings from buffalo wild wings last night and was still under my calorie count. I did have a salad for lunch though to even out the splurge.
