Today I got on the scale and knew it was not going to be pretty. I could feel that I hadn’t lost anything. I had hoped I was wrong, but as you can see from below I was not. Though how I managed to get the exact same reading I have no idea.
This week I went back to doing my Zumba workouts but only two days ago, so I’m not surprised I didn’t lose weight. I am trying to lose weight to control my diabetes and doing the yoga was helpful in other ways, it was not helping me control my diabetes and I ended up having to take a ton of insulin again.
The good news is I’ve been eating well, so with the more intense workout I hope to start seeing a change on the scale soon. If I don’t I’m going to have to figure out what is going on, though without health insurance I may not be able to. Either way I’m going to keep trying, keep going and keep motivated.
I will do this.
